Psychotherapist Richard Hogan has been in practice for over a decade and specializes in working with families. He writes a weekly mental health column for the Irish Examiner and makes frequent TV and radio appearances, including as a regular contributor to Brendan O’Connor on RTÉ Radio 1. His book, Home is Where the Start is, was published to much acclaim in 2023 and was nominated for an Irish Book Award. In the book Home is Where the Start Is, Richard reveals stories from the therapy room and from his own childhood. And he shares failsafe techniques to get over the legacy of early challenges.
He lives in Dublin with his family.
