Bio
Gearóid Farrelly is an award-winning comedian, writer, interviewer, and host with a proven track record across television, live broadcast, and major international stages. Alongside his extensive live work, he is a veteran podcaster and one of the first Irish comedians to move into podcasting, and is co-host of Agony Rants alongside Niamh Kavanagh.
He has appeared on The Late Late Show, spent eight weeks on Dancing with the Stars as part of the show’s first male-presenting same-sex couple, completed sell-out tours including Glamour Hammer and Gearóid Rage, and toured internationally with Joanne McNally, Joan Rivers, Sarah Millican, and Patton Oswalt. His performances have taken place at some of the most prestigious venues in the UK and Ireland, including the London Palladium, Hammersmith Apollo, and Dublin’s 3Arena for Comic Relief. From critically acclaimed runs at the Edinburgh Fringe to large-scale arena performances, Gearóid combines warmth, authority, and razor-sharp comedy, making him a sought-after host and performer for high-profile corporate events and awards ceremonies.
